The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents not to demolish the construction raised by him on the land comprised in Khewat No.248-249 Khasra No.1338 situated in Village Anangpur, District Faridabad.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that despite acknowledgment of petitioner's possession over subjected khasra by revenue authorities and dismissal of civil suit for permanent injunction filed by respondent No.5-Kishan Bal Chopra and respondent No.6Poonam Chopra, the police authorities at the behest of respondent No.6, are attempting to demolish petitioner's construction over subjected land. He has been asked to demolish construction by 31.05.2026 otherwise police will demolish the same.

Learned State Counsel, on instructions from Inspector Pahlad Singh SHO Suraj Kund, Faridabad, submits that Assistant Commissioner of Police, NIT Faridabad has received complaint from one lady namely Anjum Chopra. He is enquiring the matter. No coercive step against the petitioner qua demised building shall be initiated by police unless and until directed by Court of competent jurisdiction. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to the aforesaid arrangement.

In the wake of statement of both sides, the petition stands disposed of.
