In the present revision petition, a prayer has been made to set aside the order dated 03.08.2022, passed by the Additional District Judge, Hisar, while dismissing the objection petition. 2.
As per the judgment of the High Court, the tenant has been held entitled to 1/3rd of the compensation on account of acquisition of the land. Pursuant to the aforesaid order, passed by the High Court, the execution petition to enforce the order passed by the High Court, is pending. The previous execution petition, filed by the tenant, was dismissed, though his claim was not completely satisfied. Hence, a fresh execution petition was filed. The Executing Court is required to execute the decree or the enforceable judgment in its entirety.
