(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to decide his representation (Annexure P-4) as the same was made on 23.4.2011 and till date remains undecided.

Finding the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to be reasonable, I dispose of this petition with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 23.4.2011 (Annexure P4 made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order by passing a speaking and reasoned order.
