Ms. Ishita Jain, Advocate, for Mr. Namit Khurana, Advocate, for the petitioner. **** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.213 dated 28.05.2022, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 and Section 12 of the Passport Act, 1967, at Police Station Butana, District Karnal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been involved in the present case; that the allegations against the petitioner are that he had got his passport documents attested on the basis of fake documents; that as the petitioner had to change his place of residence as per requirement, it could not be said that by giving the address of a tenanted premises, the petitioner had committed any offence and that nothing is to be recovered from the petitioner, which might necessitate his custodial interrogation.

However, after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, I do not find any merit in the present petition. Registration of a criminal case bearing

 In view of the above, no ground is made out to grant the concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Dismissed.
