Rajive Bhalla, J(Oral) After addressing arguments for some time, counsel for the petitioner states that while reserving the petitioner's rights to challenge orders passed under Section 10-A of the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act'), as applicable to the State of Haryana, the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn by directing the Commissioner, Rohtak Division, Rohtak, to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, expeditiously.

We have heard counsel for the petitioner and while reserving the petitioner's rights to challenge orders passed under Section 10-A of the Act, dispose of the writ petition as withdrawn by directing the Commissioner, Rohtak Division, Rohtak, to decide the petitioner's appeal titled as Attar Singh and others v. Gram Panchayat of Village Kaloi and others, within one month of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
