(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.102 dated 20.05.2025 under Sections 108, 190 of the BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Bhikhi, District Mansa.
Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 09.06.2025 passed by this Court, petitioners have joined the investigation.

CRM-M-31930-2025 -2The allegations of the complainant that the petitioners and their co-accused were threatening the complainant party have been found to be baseless.
In this view of the matter, interim order dated 09.06.2025 is made absolute.
However, the petitioners shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and they shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS. Petition stands disposed of.
