Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023, inter alia, seeking quashing of FIR No. 590 dated 30.06.2020, registered under Section 174-A IPC at Police Station Panipat City, District Panipat (Annexure P-4), on the ground that the main complaint bearing No. NACT 2865 of 2017 dated 26.10.2017, filed under Sections 138 and 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, has already been dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 03.06.2020 (Annexure P-3). Further prayer has been made for quashing of orders dated 10.12.2018 (Annexure P-1) and 16.02.2019 (Annexure P-2), whereby the petitioner was declared a proclaimed offender, as well as for staying the proceedings before the trial Court in the aforesaid FIR and orders.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has been acquitted by the trial Court, therefore, present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such. 3.
Ordered accordingly.
