**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) In compliance of the order dated 9.12.2014 passed by this Court, the Director, PGIMER, Chandigarh, has furnished the medical report dated 29.1.2015, which is available on page No.34 and 35 of the paper book.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits as per communication Annexure P-2, the only deficiency pointed out in the petitioner was 'knock knee'. The medical report dated 29.1.2015 of the Medical Board constituted by the Director, PGIMER, Chandigarh, reads as under:- "A Medical Board consisting of the following members was constituted vide order No. EV9 (PGIMS/MA-63/2015) dated 3.1.2015. The following members attended the meeting:

1. Dr. Pebam Sudhesh (Chairman) AMIT KUMAR 2015.02.10 12:57 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

3. Dr. Ranjit Pal Singh Bhogal (Convener) The Patient Mr. Ashok Kumar S/o Sh. Jai Singh appeared before the medical board at 4:00 PM on 20.01.15 in Lecture Hall, Department of Orthopedics. He was identified by the driving license he produced (Attached as Annexure 'A'). On physical examination, it was found that he has no evidence of knock knee.

The decision regarding fitness for the post he is applying for may be taken by the concerned authorities keeping in view of the above examination details. (Dr. Sharad Prabhakar) (Dr. Ranjit Pal Singh Bhogal) Member Convener (Dr. Pebam Sudesh) Chairperson."

In view of the abovesaid medical report submitted by the Board of Doctors of the PGIMER, the AIG (Recruitment), Directorate General, CISF Block No. 13 CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-respondent No.3 is directed to look into the matter, reconsider the claim of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order, strictly in accordance with law and also keeping view of the abovesaid medical report, at an early date but in any case within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. This Court hope and trust that while passing the appropriate order, respondent No.3 shall proceed on an independent and dispassionate approach.

With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, present petition stands disposed of.
