In view of the aforestated position, this Court does not deem it appropriate to grant bail to the petitioner at fag end of this case particularly bearing in mind the serious nature of allegations. The petition, as such, is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court concerned to expedite the conclusion of trial provided counsel for the accused extends utmost cooperation for the same.
