(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.87, dated 13.07.2021, under Sections 312, 315, 120-B, 201/ 34 IPC and Sections 3, 4 & 5 of Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act, registered at Police Station Alewa, District Jind.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press this petition at this stage and the same may be dismissed as such.

Allowed as prayed for.
