(ORAL) The appellant has filed the present appeal against order dated 18.08.2010 passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Rohtak, execising the powers of District Judge under the Guardian and Wards Act, whereby petition filed by her under Sections 25 and 7 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1893 for custody of minor son Sorain, has been dismissed. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that since minor Sorain has attained majority on 24.5.2021, the present appeal has become infructuous.
Disposed of as having become infructuous.
