(ORAL) In the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking grant of benefit of promotional increment after rendering 23 years in view of the policy of the Finance Department dated 23.04.1990 (Annexure P-1). Petitioner states that similar petitions, which involve similar question of law and similar facts i.e. CWP No. 24407 of 2018 and other connected cases, have already been disposed of by this Court, vide order dated 19.12.2018. The said order was passed keeping in view the order passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.1013 of 2017 alongwith other connected cases, decided on 29.11.2018. As the question of law raised in the present writ petition has already been decided by this Court more than once, this petition is disposed of at this stage, without issuing notice to the other side, with a direction to the respondents that case of the present petitioner, being similar to the petitioners in CWP No.24407 of 2018 and other connected NARESH KUMAR 2019.08.09 12:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
