(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in case FIR No. 93, dated 21.05.2015, under Sections 323, 324, 452, 376-D, 511, 506 IPC and Section 3 of the Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 & later on added 307 IPC and 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Chhappar, District Yamuna Nagar. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to order dated 22nd August, 2019, passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation. This fact is not disputed by the counsel for the State as well. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Pardeep Kumar, states that the petitioners ares no longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 22nd August, 2019, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
