The present Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of the order dated 17.05.2024 (Annexure P-11) passed by respondent No.1.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the application for stay, which has been filed by the petitioner along with his Revision Petition, which is stated to be pending before the concerned Financial Commissioner.

In view of the above, the instant Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
