The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of the FIR No.240 dated 25.09.2015, registered under Sections 420, 406, 506, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B, at Police Station Madlauda, District Panipat.

The petitioners submits that though the Revisional Court vide the impugned order has directed to reconsider the matter but has directed that after considering the material available on file i.e. report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. to frame charge against the accused persons under the relevant sections of law, which will prejudice the petitioner. 3.

Considering the aforesaid and to ward off the apprehensions as expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is clarified that the observations made by the Revisional Court shall have no bearing whatsoever, on the merits of the case.
