(Oral) Petitioner is seeking directions to the respondents to grant the additional increments on completion of 8/18 years services, higher standard pay scale on completion of 10/20 years of service and ACPs on completion of 10,20 and 30 years of regular satisfactory service. In this regard, the petitioner has filed the detailed representation dated 24.01.2011 (Annexure P-3) and issued legal notice dated 25.12.2012 (Annexure P-4) to the respondents but no decision has been taken thereon.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 25.12.2012 (Annexure P-4), referred to above. Notice of motion.
