This is the second petition under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., whereby, the petitioner has sought the relief of him being granted the concession of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No.25 dated 25.03.2025, under Sections 22/61/85/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, registered at P.S. Garhdiwal, District Hoshiarpur.

In deference to the directions issued by this Court on 09.06.2025, a status report dated 16.06.2025, on affidavit of Mr. Davinder Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Tanda, District Hoshiarpur, has been filed before this Court, which is taken on record. 3.
Petitioner's earlier petition, i.e. CRM-M-22053-2025, wherein, he had sought an alike relief, as claimed herein, was dismissed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, vide detailed order dated 25.04.2025. 4.
Since there is no change of circumstances, nor any concrete supervening events have been brought before this Court, wherethrough, the instant second petition, on the same cause of action, can be permitted to be maintained, therefore, the instant petition is dismissed being non maintainable.
