(Oral) CM No. 2515-CWP of 2016 The application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been filed for placing on record the correct amended memo of parties, whereby, the name of the applicant-petitioner has been described as Guleh Palace, Sarhali Kalan, Tarn Taran and has been filed through the registered owner Hardip Singh, whereas, the owner himself is Hardip Singh. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicantpetitioner states that she may be allowed to withdraw the present application as well as the writ petition with liberty to the applicant-petitioner to file a fresh writ petition in the name and title of the correct petitioner i.e. Hardip Singh, on the same cause of action.

Accordingly, the CM is dismissed as withdrawn. CWP No. 2943 of 2016 1.
