After arguing at some length, learned counsel submits that he does not press the present appeal as according to him divorce proceedings are pending before the Family court at Gurugram. In view of statement made by learned counsel, we dispose of the present appeal. However, we expect the court to refer the matter to Mediation and Conciliation Centre where earnest efforts may be made to settle the dispute. Secretary, DLSA to associate with the proceedings.
