AUGUSTINE GEORGE MASIH, J. (ORAL) Reply to the writ petition has been received and perusal of the same would indicate that the petitioner is being provided all medical help. He has been referred to MAMC, Agroha. The treatment is being given to him through said medical college.

We, having considered the facts and circumstances of the present case, are of the view that proper medical treatment is being provided to the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner has referred to report dated 18.10.2021 issued by the Neki Ram Multispeciality Charitable Hospital, Hansi, according to which the petitioner requires to undergo further surgery.

Let the petitioner be produced before the competent orthopaedist of MAMC Agroha within a period of one week, who shall RAVINDER SINGH 2021.10.26 11:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

-2CRWP-9543 of 2021 thereafter assess the requirement of the second surgery as has been sought to be projected in the certificate dated 18.10.2021 issued by the Neki Ram Multispeciality Charitable Hospital, Hansi. If it is found that such a surgery is essential and requires to be carried out, needful shall be done at the earliest. Post-operative care should also be properly provided to the petitioner.

With these observations and directions the writ petition stands disposed of.
