(Oral) Petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to step-up the pay of the petitioner at part with his junior Randhir Singh, as per the instructions issued vide letters dated 27.11.2006 (Annexure P-2) and 05.03.2009 (Annexure P-3).

The grievance of the petitioner is that another employee, namely, Balbir Singh Chauhan, whose claim was also for steeping up his pay at par with his junior Randhir Singh, has approached this Court and this Court vide order dated 23.01.2014, rendered in CWP No.1205 of 2014, issued directions to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the legal notice filed by Balbir Singh Chauhan, within a period of two months. The petitioner has also issued legal notice dated 16.09.2015 (Annexure P-8) to the respondents but no decision has been taken thereon. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 16.09.2015 (Annexure P-8), filed by the petitioner, by passing a speaking order, within a period of three months, in accordance with law.
