Perusal of award dated 10.04.2021 would show that the same was passed on the basis of consent given by the petitioner.

Petitioner himself made a statement before the National Lok Adalat that the matter has been compromised with the plaintiff for a total amount of Rs.4,50,000/- along with interest @ 1% per month till realization of the amount. He showed his willingness to pay the amount in question along with interest till 09.03.2021 in monthly installment of Rs.4000/- per month. On consensus basis, the award was passed.
