At this stage, Mr. Nirmaljit Singh Diwana, Senior Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, appears on behalf of the respondent-State, in pursuance of the advance copy of paper book having already been supplied to him, and submits that the aforesaid legal notice dated 24.03.2025 (Annexure P-4) shall be considered and decided by the Block Development Panchayat Officer, BDPO Office, Doraha, Tehsil Payal, District Ludhiana/competent authority, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties, within a period of one month from today, in accordance with law.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned State counsel, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of. 5.
