(Oral) The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of impugned order dated 06.03.2013, whereby, the application form of the petitioner for the post of PGT English was rejected on the ground that he was not having required experience of four years in school cadre.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has relied upon CWP No.4110 of 2013 titled as 'Chander Pal Singh and another vs. State of Haryana and others' and the same has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 18.12.2013 (Annexure R-2). In view of the decision in CWP No.4110 of 2013, the present writ petition is dismissed.
