(Oral) Grievance of the petitioner is that copy of the orders applied by him, have not been supplied to him well in time in terms of Rules 16, 24 and 25 of the Punjab Civil and Criminal Courts Preparation and Supply of Copies of Records Rules, 1965. He submits that he has submitted a representation to respondent No.9 in this regard. According to him, petitioner shall be satisfied if a direction is issued for deciding the representation. Prayer is accepted. Petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to examine the representation and pass necessary orders, if required.

Pursuant to orders dated 25.10.2017 and 08.12.2017, reports No.2717 G/JRK dated 10.11.2017 and No.3095 G/JRK dated 19.12.2017 have been received from respondent No.4. Same shall be dealt with administratively.
