The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is seeking directions to official respondents to issue him passport.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that an FIR No.41 dated 17.05.2017 was registered against the petitioner, however, police after completing investigation has filed cancellation report. The complainant filed protest petition and trial Court after considering preliminary evidence has summoned the petitioner. 3.
