**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The petitioners are seeking benefit of revision of pay scale of Rs.7,500-12,000/- w.e.f. 01.01.1996 instead of 01.08.2000. A detailed representation dated 03.02.2015 (Annexure P-6) has been given in this regard by the petitioners.

This matter is squarely covered in favour of the petitioners as per the judgment of CWP-8082-2011 R.K. Verma and others V/s. State of Haryana and another, decided on 01.12.2010 (Annexure P-3) and the LPA-951-2012 against the said judgment has been dismissed (Annexure P-4) and the SLP has also been dismissed (Annexure P-5).

This petition, at this stage, is being disposed of giving direction to the respondents to look into the representation dated 03.02.2015 (Anneuxre P-6) and pass speaking order within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
