They have raised their objections against carving out of 100 square yard plots by the Gram Panchayat meant for allotment to the residents of the village living below poverty line. It is claimed the allotments are yet not finalized.

Since the petitioners have in their legal notice dated 15.10.2015 also suggested an alternative site to carve out the subject-plots, we dispose of this writ petition without expressing any views on merits, with a direction to the B.D.P.O., Bawal and the Deputy Commissioner, Rewari to consider the petitioners' objections while finalizing the allotments.
