RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.76, dated 22.09.2021, under Sections 323/34/342/354/377/406/498A/506 IPC, registered at P.S. Women, District Charkhi Dadri.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner candidly submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail all other remedies as available under the law for redressal of his grievances, which are not addressed so far. Allowed as prayed for.
