(Oral) CM-13158-CII-2022 This is an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for preponing the date of hearing in the main case (CR3494-2022) from 23.01.2023 to an early date. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. With the consent of learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner, the main revision petition is taken on Board today itself. CM stands disposed off.

CR-3494-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present revision petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the tenant has handed over vacant possession of the premises in question to the landlord.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
