The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.10 dated 16.01.2020 under Sections 363, 366-A, 376, 377, 120-B IPC and Sections 3, 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act registered at Police Station Koom Kalan, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana.

By an order dated 17.11.2020, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioners and directed them to join investigation. 3.
Counsel for the petitioners would submit in pursuance to order dated 17.11.2020, petitioners have joined the investigation and the challan stands presented.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from ASI Harvir Singh would submit that challan in the said matter has been presented.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties.

In view of the fact that the petitioners have been joined investigation and the challan in the matter stands presented, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 17.11.2020 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
