Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail pending trial in case FIR No.99 dated 15.03.2015 registered under Sections 379, 380, 411 of Indian Penal Code and Section 22 of NDPS Act at Police Station A-Division, District Amritsar City. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.

The prayer is accepted.
