Advocate General, Haryana. **** SHEEL NAGU, CHIEF JUSTICE (Oral) The petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 372 dated 02.07.2024 under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code registered at Police Station City Tohana, District Fatehabad.

2. Learned State counsel informs that the petitioners have joined the investigation and the investigation is still pending. 3.

In view of the above, there is no reason to take a different view than the one already taken by this Court on earlier occasion on 25.07.2024 while granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the present petition stands allowed and the interim bail granted to petitioner on 25.07.2024 stands confirmed on the same terms and conditions.
