The petitioner prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to protect his life and liberty from respondent No.4-Station House Officer, Police Station Lopoke, Amritsar. It is admitted case of the petitioner that he was involved in two criminal cases i.e. FIR No.64, registered at Police Station Katcha-Pakka, Tarn Taran and FIR No.24, registered at Police Station Jhabbal, Tarn Taran, and he has been convicted and sentenced to undergo 10 years imprisonment in which he has been granted concession of bail.

The petitioner alleges that respondent No.4 unnecessarily comes and inspects the petitioner's house.

In the opinion of this Court, the petitioner, if so, advised may avail remedy before the concerned 'Illaqa' Magistrate. 4.

Disposed of accrordingly.
