District Collector Sirsa and others .............Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Kanwal Goyal,Advocate for the petitioners Mr.Sandeep Singh Mann,Sr.DAG Haryana Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Petitioners filed instant writ petition with the grievance that despite having a valid decree(P-2), Revenue Authorities were not effecting the mutation of ownership on the basis of such title. Upon notice, respondents filed written statement stating that decree being of joint possession, entry of mutation of ownership in terms of the findings in the judgment and decree could not be entered. The stand of the respondents in the said reply was considered to be absolutely arbitrary and contemptuous and hence Deputy Commissioner,Sirsa was directed to be present in Court. At the time of hearing today, Mr.

Nikhil Gajraj Singh, Deputy Commissioner,Sirsa has come present and has filed affidavit dated 29.4.2015 of Dayal Singh,Naib Tehsildar,Kalanwali, stating therein that now the needful has been done. He has further tendered an RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2015.05.01 10:07 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh.

CWP 3871/2015 unconditional apology.

In response, learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of needful having been done, the present writ petition has become infructuous.

Dismissed as infructuous.
