RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.750, dated 16.09.2021, under Sections 354, 354-D, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station City Karnal, District Karnal (Annexure P-1). At the outset learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would withdraw this petition to surrender before the learned trial Court. In view of the prayer made, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the request to the learned trial Court that in case the petitioner surrenders before it within two days from the passing of this order, then his bail application be decided expeditiously and preferably within a week.
