Learned State counsel on instructions from Dr. Shaminder Singh Kang, Nodal Officer (Litigation) states that Baba Farid University has informed the department that for selection to the post of Staff Nurse, 90 marks are kept for written examination and 10 marks are kept for experience i.e 1 mark for one year of experience.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 2 on instructions from Dr. Amit Jain, Admission Incharge of Baba Farid University has informed that as per written examination result, the cut off marks is 41 and the petitioner GAURAV ARORA 2020.11.23 13:03 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh has secured 42 marks and will now be called for document

CWP No. 19372-2020 verification/counselling and at this stage, her experience marks will be considered.

Keeping in view the above statement, this petition is being disposed of and the petitioner will appear for counselling/document verification and her marks for experience will be considered at that stage, in accordance with law.
