******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) It is a case where the petitioner is virtually alleging deficiency of service on the part of respondent No.4 with whom he had a deal to send his son on study visa to Portugal. It is alleged that petitioner had paid a sum of `1,14,881.18p to respondent No.4 against receipts in the year 2016. However, the petitioner had not got the visa of his son. The averments in representation (Annexure P-3) refer to the deficiency in service by respondent No.4 for which petitioner has remedies available on civil side including the remedy to approach consumer forum. No reason is made out to issue any direction to the police to register FIR or initiate any criminal action against respondent No.4. Disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail other legal remedies available to him.
