The present petition has been filed under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. for cancellation of regular bail of respondent Nos.2 and 3 granted by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Faridabad vide order dated 02.09.2021 in case FIR No.287 dated 21.08.2020, registered under Sections 148, 149, 307, 323, 325, 506 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Sadar Ballabgarh, District Faridabad.
