Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for directing the respondents to allow mutual transfer of the petitioners being eligible as per Teachers Transfer Policy 2019 (P-1).

At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioners, submits that their grievance has been redressed; therefore, they do not want to pursue the present petition any further.

Disposed off accordingly.
