(ORAL) Challenge is to the order dated 23.06.2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangrur, vide which the anticipatory bail has been declined to the appellant, in case bearing FIR No. 64 dated 22.03.2023, registered under Sections 307, 459, 323, 325, 506, 34 IPC; Sections 3 and 4 of the Schedule Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act and Sections 25, 27, 29, 30, 54, 59 of the Arms Act, at Police Station City-1 Sangrur, District Sangrur.

Vide order dated 28.07.2023 passed by this Court, the appellant had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned Senior counsel for the appellant submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the appellant has joined the investigation. AMAN JAIN 2023.09.19 15:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRA-S-2012-2023 (O&M) -2Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Manoj Kumar, submits that the appellant has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present appeal is allowed and the order dated 28.07.2023 granting interim bail to the appellant, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
