Learned State counsel submits that vide order dated 28.04.2025 respondent has amended final seniority list of Inspectors of TSS Cadre. The grievance of petitioners stands redressed. 3.

In the wake of statement of learned State counsel, the petition stands disposed of with liberty to petitioners to move an appropriate application within three months from today, if cause survives. 4.
