**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J. (Oral) In the present petition, the only challenge is to the order dated 23.08.2018 (Annexure P-5) having endorsement dated 24.08.2018 by which the petitioner alongwith Mohinder Pal was suspended. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while issuing notice of motion, the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.09.2018, has stayed operation of impugned order suspending the petitioner and in the meantime, the petitioner has already retired, hence, the challenge qua the order of suspension does not survive any further as the petitioner had already retired from his service and the operation of the impugned order of suspension remained stayed throughout the service career of the petitioner, hence the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. Ordered accordingly.
