(ORAL) The petitioners have filed this petition being aggrieved by a condition relating to 'experience' contained in the Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) dated 22.09.2021 (Annexure P-2) floated by the respondent-authorities. It is apparent from the petition that the petitioners have filed a representation dated 01.10.2021 (Annexure P-7) before the respondentauthorities which is pending consideration. Mr. Deepak Balyan, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana submits that the representation dated 01.10.

2021 (Annexure P-7) shall be considered by the authorities and a decision thereon shall be communicated to the petitioners, preferably before 13.10.2021. In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned State counsel, we do not find any reason to entertain the present petition which is disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and, therefore, the authorities would be at liberty to examine the matter keeping all facts and facets into consideration and thereafter accept or reject the same in accordance with law.
