CRM-M-35204-2026 -2accused had gone and committed two murders inside the liquor vend. Multiple persons were also injured. The petitioner is being provided adequate treatment while in custody. Therefore, the present petition is liable to be dismissed.

Keeping in view the rival contentions of both the parties, the present petition is disposed of with the directions to the jail authorities to provide adequate medical treatment to the petitioner. 5.
