**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ, in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 3 to correct vehicle details relating to pollution norms as registering clerk had made wrong entries on VAHAN PORTAL.

Learned State counsel submits that needful has already been done and this petition becomes infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty be granted to the petitioner that in case statement of fact made by learned State counsel is found to be incorrect, then the petitioner would be at liberty to get the present petition revived.
