Ram Singh v. Union Of India & ORS
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH C.W.P. No. 3898 of 2015 Date of Decision : 07.04.2015 Ram Singh ...... Petitioner versus Union of India & others ...... Respondents CORAM : HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE AJAY TEWARI *** Present :
Mr. Mukesh Yadav, Advocate for the petitioner.
***
1. Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2. To be referred to the Reporters or not?
3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? AJAY TEWARI, J. (ORAL) The claim in the present petition is for grant of 2nd ACP. Learned counsel states that in this regard the petitioner has also moved a Legal Notice dated 12.11.2014 (Annexure P-1) and that he would be satisfied at this stage if in the first instance a direction is issued to the respondent No.3 to decide the same by passing a speaking order thereon within any reasonable time.
I find this to be a fair request. Resultantly, the respondent No.3 is directed to decide the said legal notice by passing a speaking order thereon within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
