In this regard, the petitioner has issued legal notice dated 15.12.2015 (Annexure P-3) to the respondents but no decision has been taken thereon.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 15.12.2015 (Annexure P-3), referred to above.
