Learned counsel for the appellant contends that appellant has expired and despite his best efforts, he could not contact the legal representatives of the appellant.

Hence, this Court is left with no other choice but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.

Liberty is however granted to the legal representatives of the appellant to file an application for revival of the present appeal if cause of action still survives.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
