AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (ORAL) Affidavit of Mahabir Parsad, Estate Officer, Haryana Urban Development Authority, Faridabad, in compliance of order dated 18.11.2016, filed in Court today, is taken on record. Office to tag the same at appropriate place. Respondent No.4 is also present in person in pursuance to the said order.

Challenge in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is to the letter dated 'nil' appended as Annexure P-14 issued by respondent No.4 whereby the petitioner was required to deposit an amount of ` 1,68,371/-, which was calculated to be outstanding as per audit. 3.
On notice of motion having been issued, respondents have filed their written statement. It was admitted by learned counsel for HUDA that two instalments i.e. ` 2,064/- which had fallen due on 10.12.1975 and ` 1844.37 which had fallen due on 10.06.1977 had been paid. It was stated that though the petitioner has deposited the amount as calculated in Ravinder Singh 2016.12.19 10:11 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
-2CWP No.3901 of 2015 Annexure P-14 amounting to `1,74,957/- on 08.02.2016, however, after calculations an amount of ` 56,489/- is refundable to the petitioner on account of wrong calculations made by the respondents. Copy of the account statement is taken on record. It was stated that amount of ` 56,489/- shall be refunded to the petitioner on or before 31.12.2016. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that this satisfies the grievance raised in the writ petition and petition be disposed of as such. 5.
